Unfortunately, things happen that have health and financial impact on individuals and their families. To manage these circumstances we have benefits plans to cover various aspects of the circumstances. Unfortunately administration of these plans is frequently very complex and time consuming.
The administration may require dealing with medical issues, the doctors in HMOs, or PPOs, or the various insurance carriers, or just understanding why the bills are not paid as expected. It takes information and know-how to figure things out. It also takes time during your busy work day when you or your employees should be doing something else.

HOW IT WORKS
We learn your plans and we make arrangements to get access to the people and companies that you have established as your benefit providers. We keep track of the records that are necessary to ask questions and get answers on your behalf. Then we help you educate your employees and their families, significant others, or whoever helps your employee manage their benefits on how and when to use the program. They call us, e-mail us, fax us or text-message us or maybe even send us a letter, to tell us the problem. Then we go to work. We make sure we know the problem and the background. We contact the appropriate parties; determine what has to happen, and either take care of it or get back with the program participant or their representative to explain what they should do. We also follow the problem until it is resolved.
