INTEGRATED DISABILITY MANAGEMENT — (IDM)

Not all injuries and absences are the result of events that happen at work. However, they often have the same organizational and employee impact. The tools and techniques P3 uses to manage WC can often be the same ones used to manage other absences and disabilities, if you know how.
