Since our practitioners are well seasoned and networked HR professionals, our approach to recruiting can be more comprehensive than ordinary recruiters. At P3 our focus is on identifying your needs and presenting you with the most qualified candidates. Unlike traditional recruiting firms, you are our client, we are working only for you. As a result, there is no competition for candidates with other clients.
We also understand your recruiting needs may be cyclical. Our staff can help with those hiring cycles by providing additional recruiters when you are staffing up, and retracting support when your recruiting needs lessen. Some organizations utilize our services to supplement their recruiting needs, while others engage us in place of a formal recruitment department. Whichever you choose, we are here to serve you.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
We will learn about your organization and become an integral part of your team, while striving to completely understand your staffing needs. P3 utilizes a thorough approach to meet the hiring manager’s requirements and the organization’s goals. We find and screen applicants for the necessary experience, skills and cultural fit, so you receive only qualified candidates who are going to work well within your organization.

P3 is not just in the recruiting business, therefore, we operate differently from traditional ‘recruiters’ and charge accordingly. While an ordinary recruiting firm will cost an employer approximately 30% of a new hire’s salary (i.e. $80,000 yr. × 30% = $24,000 fee), will bill only for the actual work performed. While actual costs vary, experience has shown our fees to be significantly lower. We don’t charge based on ‘an annual salary’, but for comparative purposes, our method trends toward 10% -12% of the candidates annual pay, even though we often get the tough hires. If a recruiting assignment is canceled, the client only pays for the actual work concluded – no minimums.
