A TIER ONE UAW AUTO PARTS SUPPLIER
A tier one UAW auto supplier had lost their 2 top HR people at a time when executive reorganization was being implemented, union negotiations were taking place, “utility” labor costs were raising and customer required quality training of employees was needed. We provided an experienced auto HR executive who was able to immediately step in and keep things moving while addressing all the issues and recruit for the replacement of the HR Director. The company engaged us again for a similar position in another location.
