A GROWING MUNICIPALITY
A growing municipality terminated the General Manager of one of their public recreation facilities. Our interim executive discovered fabricated budgets and false statements of bond payoff. Within 3 months, the facility was reorganized, lines of business marketing established, and a realistic bond reduction budget was presented to the Mayor and City Council.
