A GROWING IT COMPANY
A growing IT company had assigned HR matters to an eager, but inexperienced staff member. The intense day to day requirements of the job did not allow time to address major policy development. We provided an experienced HR executive to help draft policies for Compensation, PTO, Disability, Survivor and Retirement. In addition Employee handbooks, Practices and Procedures were developed, along with a department budget integrated with the company’s strategic plans. We were the HR personal trainer for their HR staff.
