SO WHAT ARE THE ANSWERS?
First of all, we are a company of seasoned professionals with a broad range of experience in business and consulting. We have chosen this career because we wanted the variety of multiple clients and the mixture of their fascinating environments. We wanted the challenge of fixing and creating, not just maintenance. And, we wanted the ability to be involved with all those people who make our world just a bit more interesting and exciting.
AS FOR FINDING A REAL JOB…
Some of us have been doing this for over 15 years. In fact when people approach us for employment with this attitude, we hold up our hand and say ‘stop’. We want committed people. People who can develop with us. We need staff that will be available when the client wants additional work. We want people who can demonstrate initiative and sustainability. And, we want people who fit our style of operation, i.e. client orientation.
WE SPENT A GREAT DEAL OF TIME CONSIDERING OUR NAME…
The underlying concept is that we are about people and have been for most of our careers as Human Resource professionals, even before we got into consulting. We are about performance. Your performance, our performance and the performance necessary to be effective in today’s intensive business and service environments. Our experiences, skills and toolkits are focused on performance improvement. We are also about relationships, as our partners. No one can be effective in isolation, or achieve the level of success as an individual performer that they can with the synergism that develops from the combined efforts of a group.

We have extensive experience. We have multiple track records of success. We believe in what we are doing or would not continue to be in this field of work. Our senior partners have had careers focused on getting ahead, now we want to do things that bring us satisfaction by helping others advance. We continue to evolve, innovate and grow through cross pollination and exposure to our broad client base. Keeping up with what you need motivates us to keep ‘pushing the envelope’. All of these attributes and strategies help us bring you value. That is why P3 exists.

We collaborate on our projects; you know your business, we know ours. Together the synergism brings out the best.
We believe communication is essential; tell your employees what you are doing for them. Communications is not just a casual part of our projects. We consider how the message and the content will be presented, throughout our project design work. We also have specialists that can create presentations and manage the mediums.
We understand the importance of networking in business. It keeps us in touch with what is going on in the communities where you operate and allows us to anticipate needs and change. We think it is important enough to have established our own Network Advisory Board. They keep us on track and will also be a resource for you.
