BIOGRAPHY
Curt has 25 years of safety and leadership experience in industry with extensive manufacturing expertise. His experience includes employment, employee relations, manufacturing management and safety. He has a special talent in developing cross-functional and integrated organizational approaches to safety improvement. Curt’s consulting experience includes automotive, furniture, textile, energy, construction, transportation, food, retail and medical industries. Prior to Curt’s consulting career he worked as a Sr. Health and Safety Manager for Steelcase, Inc.
Curt received his Master of Management degree from Aquinas College. He has training certifications from DDI and the Quality Circle Institute. Curt received his advanced safety certificate from the National Safety Council and attained his ergonomic risk assessment and ergonomic control certificates from the University of Cincinnati. He has lean manufacturing certifications from the University of Michigan as well as TBM Consultants and a Just- In-Time Manufacturing certification from APICS.
