THE IMPORTANCE OF CLEAR COMMUNICATION

How often have well thought out ideas for employee programs failed management’s expectations and/or ended up with confusion and dissatisfaction with the very employees they benefit? Whatever the reasons for implementing or changing these programs, those reasons need to be communicated clearly and comprehensively to avoid misunderstanding, anger, and time managing disputes.
